On 18 September 2013, home-protectors prevented the eviction of Panna Károlyné Kasziba, 93, an inhabitant of Budapest for 56 years now, with their presence and by blocking the entrance door of the elderly woman’s apartment. Years ago, the old lady’s son borrowed a five million forints’ loan, however, he was unable to pay the instalments moreover he died in 2012. Several dozens of people joined to the “home-protectors” in the flat, and the police also deployed its forces. After several hours of “stabilized warfare” it turned out that the execution procedure had been discontinued, so the lady was not compelled to leave her home. For the procedure was suspended old Mrs. Panni was allowed to stay.
